Ayaz Rasheed, Manager Projects
An energetic, self-motivated, team player with ability to lead to achieve & exceed assigned targets. He has done MS Banking & Financial Economics from Government College University Lahore. He also did MBA in insurance & Risk Management from Hailey College of Banking & Finance and Masters in Economics from University of the Punjab. Having more than 8 years of versatile experience in the fields of operations, registration and management in Various organizations e.g. NADRA, Superior university he proved himself to be an asset for these organization. Currently he is working as Manager Projects in PSPA. His area of interest is to handle the operations, defined strategy and designing of various programs along with its timely executions.
Uzair Hassan Khan, Manager Finance
Manager Finance at PSPA is responsible for managing financial matters like releases of operational and development budgets, preparation of final accounts and managing payment procedures. He is an ACCA with majors in Audit & Taxation and has a diverse expertise of both Audit and Finance with a vibrant experience ranging from Multinationals to Semi-Government and Government organizations. He joined PSPA as an Audit Officer and has recently been promoted at the current position having the capabilities to represent his potential fully in the field. Previously he worked as Associate Accountable Grant at Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF), Operations & Finance Assistant at AGCN Pakistan, Senior Accountant at Chan Baig & Co., Finance Assistant at Chan Baig & Co. He has a Bachelor's degree of Accounting and finance from Oxford Brookes University.
Muhammad Najam Ul Bakhat, Sr. Network Administrator
He is an Information Technology (IT) Expert. A certified Microsoft and Cisco expert, he did his Master in Computer Science from University of the Punjab. He has more than ten (10) years’ experience in Networking & System Administration in both public and private sector organizations. He has an aptitude for learning, solving and innovation. Serving at PSPA as Senior Network Administrator, he is responsible for design, installation, configuration and management of Internet & Intranet connectivity amongst other IT related tasks.
Khalid Mahmood Anjum, Statistical Officer
Khalid Mahmood Anjum is perusing PhD in Statistics from COMSATS University. He has over ten (10) years of professional experience in both Public and Private sectors where his professional expertise in data analysis by using statistical software(s), research project management and monitoring, Hand’s on training of statistical software(s), Teaching Statistics, Statistical Review, Statistical Report Writing, Data cleaning, Data Management. Currently he is working since Aug. 2017 as statistical officer in PSPA and is responsible of data analysis, data management, statistical writing, sampling design, capacity building in data collection and pre-testing of questionnaire.
Abdul Waheed, Finance & Accounts Officer
He has more than 7 years of practical experience in Accounts, Finance and Audit. He has experience as "Accounts Manager" at AI-Khawarizmi Institute of Computer Science University of Engineering & Technology Lahore. His responsibilities at PSPA are budget preparation, grant release from FD, payment supervision, excess and surrender report, preparation of management accounts and preparation of Annual Accounts of PSPA.
Muhammad Mubarik, Evaluation Officer
He has done BBA(Hons) & MS in Human Resource Management from IBA (Institute of Business Administration), University of the Punjab, Lahore. He is also pursuing his LLB from Bahauddin Zakaria University, Multan. He is a highly motivated professional having more than 4 years of experience in the field of Monitoring & Evaluation, Human Resource Management, Sports and Administration in Public and Private Sector. At PSPA, he is responsible for development and execution of Monitoring & Evaluation framework of all PSPA Programs with M & E Team.
Hafiz Numan Saleem, Software Engineer
Numan Saleem is an Information Technology expert having more than 7 years of working experience in private and public sector organizations. Having done Bachelors in Software Engineering from Punjab University College of Information Technology (PUCIT) and MS Computer Science from LLU, he has served as Software Development Expert in highly reputed organizations like NetSol Technologies, Warid Telecom, Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB). Numan Saleem achieved short certification of Project Management from Management & Professional Development Department of Punjab (MPDD).
Fakhar uz Zaman, Software Engineer (MIS)
He is graduate in Software Engineering from University of the Punjab. He is pursuing his MS in Computer Science from Lahore Leads University, Lahore and carrying out his research in field of Data Mining. He has worked in various capacities with public and multinational organizations for almost seven years. His areas of expertise include Big Data Analytics and mobile applications development for Android and iOS platforms. Before joining the Punjab Social Protection Authority, he had been serving for the Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department where his team achieved the goal of making the Bio-Medical Equipment Resource Center (a project under P&SHD) paper-free.
Javeria Khalid, Assessment Officer
Javeria Khalid has extensive experience of working in research roles with a focus on evidence-based decision and policy-making in the province. In her research roles she has worked as a Research and Documentation Officer at UN Women and an Assistant Research Fellow at Punjab Economic Research Institute. She holds an MBA, MSC Economics and a BSC Hons in Economics from the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS).
Maham Javaid. Policy Officer
Maham Javaid has a post graduate degree in Development Studies from COMSATS University, Abbottabad. She has been awarded an Institute Gold Medal for maintaining the highest CGPA during the course of bachelor studies. She has worked with Information Technology University and Punjab Commission on the Status of Women under various research and project management roles. She has published and presented her research work at international forums. Her areas of interest include social protection and welfare policy, community-based targeting in social protection and information & communication technologies for development.
